AussieMart works with multiple approved suppliers and fulfilment partners.
As a result, products may be dispatched from different warehouses and delivered using different carriers.
Order processing
Orders are generally submitted for fulfilment after successful payment.
Processing and dispatch times vary depending on:
- product;
- supplier;
- warehouse;
- stock availability; and
- carrier arrangements.
Where a dispatch estimate is displayed on a product page or at checkout, it should be treated as an estimate unless clearly stated otherwise.
Split shipments
Products within a single AussieMart order may be supplied from different warehouses.
This means:
- your order may arrive in multiple parcels;
- parcels may arrive on different dates;
- different carriers may be used; and
- separate tracking numbers may be issued.
Delivery estimates
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery times may be affected by:
- destination;
- remote-area delivery;
- public holidays;
- peak shopping periods;
- severe weather;
- natural disasters;
- supplier processing delays;
- carrier delays; or
- circumstances outside AussieMart’s reasonable control.
Tracking
Where tracking information is provided by the carrier or fulfilment partner, AussieMart will make it available to you through available order-tracking systems, your customer account, or email.
Tracking information may not become active immediately after dispatch.
Restricted delivery locations
Some products cannot be delivered to every postcode or address.
Restrictions may apply to:
- remote locations;
- islands;
- restricted postcodes;
- PO Boxes;
- parcel lockers;
- bulky freight destinations; or
- locations that cannot accept specialist freight.
If a product cannot be delivered to your nominated address, AussieMart may contact you to arrange an alternative or cancel the affected item and provide the appropriate refund.
PO Boxes and parcel lockers
Some products, particularly larger or courier-delivered items, require a physical street address.
If a PO Box or parcel locker cannot be used, you may be asked to provide a suitable delivery address.
Incorrect or incomplete address
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
If an incorrect or incomplete address causes additional costs, reasonable charges may apply where permitted by law, including:
- return-to-sender charges;
- redelivery fees;
- storage charges; or
- address-correction fees.
Returned-to-sender parcels
A parcel may be returned to sender if:
- the address was incorrect;
- the address was incomplete;
- the parcel was not collected;
- delivery was refused; or
- the recipient could not be contacted.
Where appropriate, such a return may be treated as a change-of-mind return, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

- the product;
