Bonus Tip - 1/4" hex countersinks are great for quick drilling. They do not slip into the drill chuck. You can easily make deep countersinks by setting the depth stop of the countersink to allow the countersink to drill deeper into the work surface. Be sure to measure your plug to make sure the body of your countersink will make the right size hole.
