About this product

Full Installation Kit & Heavy-Duty Construction: Included: 1 rubber stopper, 4 zinc-nickel coated carbon steel machine screws with nuts/washers, and 1 hex wrench. The stopper is crafted from waterproof, UV-resistant rubber with high elasticity, protecting winch hooks, synthetic ropes, and steel cables from abrasion, fading, and breakage. Corrosion-resistant screws ensure lasting durability in harsh off-road and towing environments.

Tool-Included Quick Setup: With all hardware and a hex wrench provided, installation takes minutes: simply position the stopper on the winch drum, secure with screws, and tighten. No drilling or specialized tools required—perfect for quick trailside repairs or pre-trip preparations.

Dual-Purpose Cable Protection System: Anti-overload mechanism, limits cable extension to prevent overstretching, reducing wear and catastrophic breakage during heavy loads. Shock-absorbing design, acts as a buffer to minimize impact between the cable and winch components (e.g., drum, fairlead), extending the lifespan of both the cable and winch while reducing maintenance costs.

Rugged Performance for Extreme Conditions: Built to withstand mud, sand, salt, and extreme temperatures, the rubber stopper resists oil, chemicals, and UV degradation. Essential for recovery missions, overlanding, and industrial use, it ensures reliable winch operation in the toughest environments.

Tip: For best results, inspect and adjust the stopper position periodically to maintain optimal cable tension.Returns, Refunds and Replacements
