About this product

This is a set of three traditional design Thai wooden massage sticks that are ideal for use with acupressure, reflexology, etc. They also work great as massage sticks, including those hard to reach places like the middle of your back.

They can help you to reinvigorate your circulation - use the sticks to gently stimulate the blood flow and help relieve soreness, pain and fatigue on your neck, arms, legs or anywhere else that needs help.

If you spend a lot of your time sitting down - whether that's at a desk or because your mobility isn't as good as it used to be - using these massage sticks can be a great way to relieve the tension that builds up in your body.

If you've got poor circulation or stiffness in your body, use these sticks to quickly and easily work on the affected area.

Focus on using the sticks to help reduce mental stress and assist your relaxation. Some people use these sticks alongside their mindfulness techniques as they make the perfect complement between focusing your mind and focusing your body. A lot of people use a short massge session to help them relax before drifting off to sleep.
