About this product

Cutting craft tool works as a pen.........cuts like a knife!

This hand-held tool has a 360-degree rotating blade which enables you to cut very complex shapes easily and quickly.

Unlike other craft knives, the blade will not readily cut human skin in normal use, and it is therefore very suitable for use in schools for younger craft and hobby enthusiasts.

【Applications Include】Paper-cutting, decoupage, stencil-making, planner stickers, artwork, graphic design, architecture, scrapbooking, sign writing using vinyl, and many other uses.

【Model Making】It will enable you to cut complex shapes out of vinyl covering materials to create your own decals and roundels.

Each cutter head is equipped with a rubber cap. When you no longer use the utility knife, you can use the rubber cap to cover the cutter head and store it safely.

Simply grip the blade with a pair of needle nose pliers(or other tools that can hold the cutter head), pull out the old blade & push in the new one.

The blade will not easily cut human skin during normal use, so it is very suitable for young crafts and enthusiasts to use.
