The pads prevent my feet from sliding forward in my shoes. This helps maintain a proper fit and avoided that uncomfortable cramming of toes at the front of my heels. Additionally, the soft gel material doesn't irritate my skin and feels quite natural. After a long day, I noticed that my feet didn’t feel as sore as they typically would. The pads hold up well and don’t lose their stickiness. After wearing them, I simply hand-wash the pads with water and let them air dry. They retain their stickiness and are ready to use again.
