MULTIFUNCTON: Wire coils keep strainer firmly in place. Removable spring can also be placed in the shaker alone and shaken with the wine containing egg whites and cream, and the foam is more delicate.

EASY TO CLEAN: Dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand-washing with warm soapy water. The spring is removable for cleaning.
